［位置定位］ 在前臂背面尺侧，当阳谷与小海的连线上，腕背横纹上5寸。
［解剖］ 在尺骨背面，尺侧腕伸肌的尺侧缘；布有骨间背侧动、静脉；布有前臂内侧皮神经分支。
［主治作用］ 头痛，目眩，热病，癫狂，项强，肘臂酸痛。
［配伍］ 配合谷治头痛。
［附注］ 手太阳经络穴。
