［位置定位］ 在腕部，腕掌侧横纹尺侧端，尺侧腕屈肌腱的桡侧凹陷处。
［解剖］ 在尺侧腕屈肌与指浅屈肌之间，深层为指深屈肌；有尺动脉通过；布有前臂内侧皮神经，尺侧为尺神经。
［主治作用］ 心病，心烦，惊悸，怔仲，健忘，失眠，癫狂痫，胸胁痛。
［配伍］ 配内关、心俞治心痛；配内关、三阳交治健忘、失眠。
［附注］ 手少阴经所注为“输”，心经原穴。
