［位置定位］ 在腘横纹中点，当股二头肌腱与半腱肌肌腱的中间。
［解剖］ 在腘窝正中，有腘筋膜；皮下有股腘静脉，深层内侧为腘静脉，最深层为腘动有股后皮神经，正当胫神经处。
［主治作用］ 腰痛，下肢痿痹，腹痛，吐泻，小便不利， 遗尿，丹毒。
［配伍］ 配大肠俞治腰痛。
［附注］ 足太阳经所入为“合”。
